Randomizer Nightreign gonna be peak comedy for sure
This game has an additional, embedded DRM, GuardIT. It is currently unknown what effect it will have if a player disables EAC and/or plays with a modded game. I would not risk it, that's for sure.
Or just don't have any friend to play with or not comfortable with randoms
Looking at gameplay vids, the game looks awful with randoms and I only have one friend that I could play it with on steam...but he's from the US and the timezone difference is going to make it rough to play more than 1-2 times even if he adds a friend to make it a trio.
There are no command emotes to coordinate to compensate for the lack of chat or map pings either. I'd rather play the game at my own pace than pray to get some mind-readers online, and 45 mins per run is just incredibly short.
In the past souls games, modding was no issue as long as you go offline before installing the mod (settings > start offline > quit game > install mod > play). I played Cinders and Ascended in DS3 and a randomizer in Elden Ring.
As I mentioned, GuardIT is embedded. No way to bypass it or remove it. What was done in past games is totally irrelevant in this situation.
Some good points there, well i hope its fun for you solo
