Yes, but NR is not that sort of 'Souls' game. It is not an RPG. It is a Shrinking Playfield, 40 minute (max), Fixed Race/Gender/Class Hero, type game.
It may indeed have a Tutorial, but I am not sure what purpose it would serve in Nightreign.
Sekiro did not have a Tutorial and it did not have a Tutorial Boss. It has a story Boss that rips your arm off in the opening sequence of the game. But there is no way to EVER 'win' that fight. It is just part of the intro to the game.
What Sekiro does have is the guy at the Temple that will train and fight with you so you can learn some of the basics. I found that absolutely awesome and incredibly useful. :)
