I played regular Elden Ring but I would like to have LGBT flag feed icons and something like that and I would like to be able to create a transgender with great detail but at least add LGBT skins and flags, that's the least we ask for.

Not that sort of game. You play with fixed characters, although there are Elden Ring related (and maybe other Souls games) skins. Having real-world preferences of sexual orientation would not fit in with the Souls franchise very well.

If you want to create a transgender, then play the gender female or male. ( or like Oblivion Bodytype 1 or 2 lol)
And what great detail? And i think the OCC ( own character creator) is already fine. More editing options for the body does not change the existing conditions regarding gender.
I do not want to be rude or something, but adding LGBT flags or similar stuff... were? were should there be flags?
Its a fantasy world with its own rules.
Also, Japanese don't like adding LGBTQ things in their games, imo.
