Will this have an easy mode and a modern UI?

Easy mode, no.

Modern (horrible) UI: yes.

The easy mode in elden ring games is using easy to play tools. Play guadian and use the greatshield and easy to use weapons. Some L2s let you far-cast as a meele build while being tanky, or facetank the boss soaking damage.

Just stick with teammates and try not to die. Common sense makes game easier. Exp and loot are shared among team. I wish they had healer class instead of useless magician.
