i dont understand why AC6 had all of these cool stuff like high fps and so on, but souls game dont. i understand cuz of PVP elements, but ERN is pure PVE, i dont get it. i guess will see we still have 3 months.
The engine got significant upgrades on the branch for AC6 so hopefully they used that for Nightreign
It will be the same engine as ER, which is the same engine but different branch as AC6, both of which are an upgraded version of the same engine used in Dark Souls and every Fromsoft game since.
If they use the branch that AC6 used we will see the ultrawide support and 120fps
So who knows
I really wouldn't stress about it
I'm sure they are more than happy to reap the $$ from it and related merchandise though
