ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN

ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN

Is this a live service game?
I am pretty sure this is not your traditional souls like but I want to know if this is a live service game. Looks more like a "Rogue like" action coop adventure. Only thing it has with common to Elden Ring original is the theme and back stories. Most likely just a coop action game.

The beta playtest app says it's online only.

Ahhh the misinformed. Who always speak and type out of their behinds.

This game is not a live-service game. It is a spin-off to the main flagship title that will have a box price and that's it.

It will not be always online. You can play through online Co-Op. Or use private, custom lobbies for your own purposes.

It will not be frequently updated at all. It'll re-use many of the assets from the two previous instalments (ER and ERSotE).

If you want an immediate comparison. This game is what GOWR Valhalla is to GOW:R

Pro tip: read up before trying to misinform others. Makes you look less like an idiot.

"With Nightreign, we wanted to have a game that felt like a complete package out of the box on the day of purchase, so everything is unlockable, everything is contained with that purchase. It's not what we'd consider a 'live service' game," director Junya Ishizaki

Now this is a wholesome post coming from someone arsed enough to gather information and answer the OP question in the best way possible, wich is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AWESOME!

Then you had to be petty and pathetic.....Throwing injustified insults when nobody posted "TRUST ME BROH IT WILL BE LIEF SERVICE" type of answer before your post....

Still thanks for the clear answer, here you have some pocket exchange points for a job well done.

He said that and then they went and created a DLC with new bosses and characters that releases by end of the year.

You literally said it's gonna be a live service as the first comment in this thread. Are you okay?

Depends on your definition of Live Service. There's going to be a DLC system, and it'll always be online... just going to assume that if we continue to get "seasonal" DLC, it will DEFINITELY be a live service to me.

No, they confirmed it's fully playable offline with all the content, co-op isn't required, and it won't have live service content

Who DIDN'T want fortnite in their elden ring? It's not a cash grab at all! They definitely put a lot of effort into copy-pasting those dungeons!
