1 to 3 player coop

But I can't play 2 player coop... Does fromsoft just hate their community? Cause this feels personal.

Lol, this arbitrary restriction is so idiotic, I don't know how that Hollow-Enigma guy is going to astroturf this with "logic and facts" 🤣

Funny how you attempt to make that look like mockery whilst you are unable to make any sensible statements yourself, only raw and sloppy troll takes. Don't really have much processing power if you can't form basic support for anything you preach.

And on co-op, the exclusion of 2 player co-op is one thing i really do not understand their reasoning for it. Unless a fair reason is given it looks like a weak point.

No, the game is not "stupid" - that is just your subjective perception based on nothing in particular, and you're just a hater. And your friends too, btw! My reasons. Its claiming to be a 'souls' game by using Elden Ring in its name but its a coop game like Deep Rock Galactic, Killing Floor 2 or WarHammer Vermintide.
Its got no character creator just like those games.
Its not an Action RPG like every other 'souls' game is.
Its got no Invasions.
I thought this was all very obvious so I didn't mention it in my previous comment but you guys like this game which shows where you are coming from...so I shouldn't have assumed you'd know what I was talking about. I'll try explain things even more clear for you coop players. : )

My bad then. Well that's incredibly stupid.

Seriously, even live service games learned pretty quick that the market for duos is higher than trios. Whatever though, I'm sure it will be modded in after a week.

Balance the 3 wolves against 1 player - check
Balance one of each of the 3 wolves against one each of the players - check

Balance the 3 wolves against 2 players - uh... Either one player gets overpowered by the 2, or the other player overpowers the 1.

Kinda makes sense if you ask me.
