Genuine Question: Anyone knows if there is roguelike progression between matches?!

So, some of us don't like it, others are amazed by it: The new Souls game will be a side project with a roguelike game formula. Short runs that change every so often with randomized loot.

The real questions I feel haven't been asked:

1) Is there unlocks, progress or new modifiers between runs? Maybe some challenge trophies to attain? Something to work towards? This is incredibly important for a game going roguelike. It's the bread and butter of that genre. Without unlocks roguelikes get stale fast.

2) Will there be varying difficulties to progress into, turning the game possibly into a hardmode coop challenge?
Yes, I mean native. I don't want to mess with mods online.

You can earn special currency (ingame, no MTX or anything like that) to earn relics at the roundtable hold. Those are permanent additions to your inventory and remain there across all runs. However you can only use a set amount of those for a run and have to choose wisely which ones to use. There is a whole Relic Rite thing you can do and everything.

As far as I am aware after playing the network test myself a bunch and watching others play the game seems to be having a set difficulty.

However this may change once the game releases as we only got to play a fraction of the base game with a lot of stuff hidden away from us.

I can see from preorder that it has 37 achievements which is only little less than Elden Ring or Dark Souls 1-2-3.

Confirmed for now, you'll keep relics ( https://eldenringnightreign.wiki.fextralife.com/Relics#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=dual%20wield&gsc.sort= ) between runs.

There's also a currency you can spend at the roundtable, but I don't know what kind of stuff you'll be able to purchase with it.
