Yes, it's made of reused assets, yes, it's like a high quality community mod, like Convergence mod. But it's still a great idea, and cheap too. I'd "waste" my money on this rather than a Kratos skin in Fortnite or stupid gold skins in pubg. At least the core mechanics still rocks.

I'm doubtful about deluxe edition and "additional DLC when released" thing, but I trust Miyazaki and his successors. So I guess I'll buy deluxe edition.

I think it will be the best iteration of a Battle Royale on the market. The problem is my own, not that of the game. I don't know if I can bring myself to continually match up with random strangers and rely on them for my entertainment.

Yea exactly, And I didn't like souls games like this one (DS style Eldenring style - dark ) to be Battle Royale.
For me its like it doesn't fit together, Battle Royale for FPS yea its OK
for anime game ? yea its ok

for something dark like chaotic bosses - dark terrifying disgusting creatures BIG NO

Games like this (EldenRing- DarkSouls - Nier - Nioh ....) must be offline and story game like RPGs.

Leave Battle Royale to other type of games and leave this these kind of games.

That's right, but it's kinda what Souls games lack, the fun co-op experience.

Fromsoft probably saw how people have fun with multiplayet, they made their own game.

Surely this will be a live service game, but as I said, core mechanics rocks, so I think it worths it.

You can write password, like in Elden Ring, and decide who you wanna play with, or play solo.

...and I'd agree if you say the game not having 2 players option sucks.

I think it's made pretty well. It has some balancing issues imo, but still a great co-op experience for me on top of elden ring's own co-op.

and I like it being co-op battle royale too, like, not pvp, 100 players (100 or less doesn't matter) jumps onto a land and kill each other for an hour. This is more short-paced, carries Elden Ring's most sides, and co-op. I like it. I'd advice at least giving it a try to everyone.

Souls mechanics? Yes. Fluid game play? Yes. Fluid co-op? Yes. Fast and short paced gameplay? Yes. Almost "should give a try" for half of the gaming community.

What excites me the most about this game on pc is the potential it has when modders get there hands on it. From what I can tell this game is made on the same engine as Elden Ring, meaning theoretically it wouldn't take much to port thing from NR to ER and vice versa, not to mention what could be done by teams like the seamless coop guys (maybe an actual battle royal pvp mode).

I'd like to experience games as good as Elden Ring, sadly, there aren't any. Except few which doesn't appeal to me.
