If it contains the first two DLCs (Extended Cut and Hilda), then while it's a nice addition to have more music, more stages and endings, I don't think I'm going to bother.
And again, the artwork... Considering the large amount of quality artists on the net, WHY have that thing? It clashes with the overal art in the game. It's like going back to the NES days, when the games had good pixelated artwork and horrendous packaging. Something like that is nice for kicks if it's intended as a parody of the old days.
