Tier List for Vanguard Princess?

What do you think the Tier List for Vanguard Princess would look like?

It's very hard to put together a meaningful tier list for VP. Sure some characters are obviously weak overall, but because the match ups can be completely different depending on the main characters and assists involved, I'm not convinced that the notion has any relevance here.

Yeah, we should make this game more popular. This is actually a really well built game, not some fan service, ok... maybe just a little fan service, but still, a very well built Fighting Game.

Also a random question kind of regarding the teir list, does Saki's Medium/Strong Version of her teleport cross-up? It feels like it does cross-up, but im not sure, and i can't test it really because of the lack of netplay (... or friends to play with)

I read the Kaeda post, and I think we found THE most broken character in the game

Kaede's pretty fun, I admit. But she's the weakest in terms of HP and defence, and has pretty slow assist charge rate.

I'm a huge fan of her mobility though.

Also, wouldn't a VP tier list look kind of like a Capcom vs SNK 2 Tier List? Like each character has a "Best Groove". Like A-Groove Blanka is Top-Tier.

So does anyone think that the VP List would be like CvS2 and catogorized with a "best assist"?
Just as an example, a Luna with an Eko support would be Top Tier, but Luna with Kanae is Mid-to-High-Tier.

Also this game needs a huge improvment in their training mode, like the ability to gurantee Counter Hits, and they should also add a hitstun bar like in P4A, or something.
