Game keeps crashing *SOLVED*

Game crash when i select a character;sometimes i menage to select a girl without crash BUT it immediately freeze after "the character description screen ", i can hear the girl moving if i press buttons but the screen still fronzen........at this point im forced to manually close the game...Im playing on win10 on 360° controller. Help pls!

Try going into the Settings menu and unclick the
Activate Game Controller(s).

That didn't help at all :|

I solved the issue . The game actually missed some FILES during the installation (lol),all i had to do was :
Right click on the game =>Properties=>Local Files=>Verify Integrity of Game Cache and THAT's IT.
