Did they fix AA guns in Toy soldiers 1
I tried playing the first Toy soldiers game (the ww1 one) and i found it unplayable after a few missions. Once you had to build AA guns it turned into a hot mess.

The guns had a miss rate of about 99% Has this been change so i can actually depend on those to hit the flying enemies now?

Yes. The shots don't drop now like they did before. Same goes for AT turrets sadly; so you can't hit targets under your pitch limit anymore. :(

Actually, lvl III AA still has a high miss rate. There is no point in upgrade from lvl II to lvl III since lvl II AA turrets are better. 5 lvl III AA turrets are incapable of taking down 4 basic planes...
Devs should work on this.

Ok, i will try it out now then.

I really like the games but... the AA guns made is impossible to play

I agree with you there. The AA3 turrets are more like sniper rifles used for big slow targets. They have narrow spread instead of the AA2 witch has a very wide spread.

I think that, in the original Toy Soldiers, lvl III AA shoot spread ammunition that exploded in air in long distances while served as a sniper in closer distances. The same concept could be usefull here :).

I had 5 AA 3 turrets when fighting the zeppelin on hard, couldn't kill him. with 5 AA1 it was way easier. The feeling I get is that the DPS of AA 2 & 3 is way lower then AA 1.
I find them all pretty much useless

I don't know if it's just me, but my level III british AA's dont even aim upwards. They simply swivel around and occasionally shoot left or right. Very frustrating.

It would be less bad if the range was increased to be larger than that of the AA1 for balance I think. Also the devs might want to have a look at the accuracy setting for it. The AA1 and 2 destroy aircraft is mere seconds. AA 3 failed to shot down 6 red barons completely.

Edit: BTW the zeppelin health seen in the screenshots is with four AA3 turrets and the screens are taken over about 2 minutes time.

Yeah I found out myself that it is impossible to destroy the zeppelin with 5x AA3's.

If you control one yourself you can put a dent in it. Problem is that the range is WAAAY too short.
