Is there a way to practice the EX Start Boss?

As the title asks, I'm curious if there's a good way to discuss the final bosses, the flying girl and then the UFO. Considering that Super Player requires no deaths, and getting to the boss fight each time takes about 10-15~ minutes, I was wondering if there was a way to at least practice the harder boss so legitimate attempts for Super Player could be made easier. I'm not trying to get the achievement in a cheating way, I want to tackle it honestly. Still, since it takes so long for even a single attempt to get there, it'd be nice if there was something you could do to at least practice.

i think you could use cheat engine to cheat. that way you can practice the boss easily. was a long time ago though so not 100%
