Favourite and least favorite puzzle/platforming sections, and why? [Spoilers, obviously]
Not including the escapes. I mean a small, specific puzzle/platforming section..

My favourite is probably the second disappearing leaf-platform puzzle in the Misty Woods. Not hard, but a unique idea and I like how it played. In fact, the leaf-platforms in general. I wish the idea was used more.

My least favourite is without a doubt that bloody laser puzzle in Forlorn Ruins. I'm not good at it, and the lasers can still kill you on the two left/right most platforms if you're positioned wrongly.
Made up for it by the incredible atmosphere and music, admittedly. But now that I have all secrets and all life cells, I'm probably never gonna do that puzzle again.

Go underneath first, pull the lever. As the bottom platform moves to you, it'll clip the laser - jump on the platform while it does that, and jump off to the beginning of the room (you passed the bottom laser now, and the top platform is right next to you). Stand on the top platform and pull the lever, and it'll go to the other side with you.

Least favourite - as for the area, probably the Valley of the Wind in general. It's so tedious when you're at the final stretch and ready to finish the game. Puzzles - the Rock puzzle with the lasers in Mount Horu. Dunno if I'm doing it right, but wedging the rocks free while not shooting yourself into the lasers is annoying. ;P Especially if you want to get the +100 spirit light on the top.

Most favourite: Mount Horu is a blast. I'd say the Ginso Tree, but you said the escapes don't count. Probably the "puzzle" where you use bash to get the four keystones.

wow...I am so stupid, my method is to use to lever in the under level. when it start to move, jump on it, then try to jump on the top platform in between the lava beam :/

it will work, but it depend on luck than skill and timing

You can grab hold of the rocks and drag them. Much safer.

Here's a reference to the top left room, in case anyone's confused by my description: http://youtu.be/OgCPfmJBrv0

I do that in part. The challenge that makes this my least favourite part is getting the boulder to higher levels without shooting yourself into the lasers. I even managed to shoot myself into top-right-edge of the movable platform and touch the laser that's underneath. And on the top platform, I see no other way than bashing myself through. Which sometimes kills me outright (laser), sometimes shoots the boulder off the platform (leaving me with no way out but suiciding). Maybe I'm doing something wrong - here's how I usually do this room: http://youtu.be/XAREX7Ryn6A
