How do I get through breakable walls?

I think i'm stuck... I don't have the stomp or a way to get through the breakable walls... and I'm trying to chase after the black pac man-like character who stole the tree's orb... Thoughts? Thanks!

I can't figure how to break the wall on the side without floor or celing....I can't go pass sorrow and other similar blockable by breallwall on the side or ceiling

You don't need stomp to finish the ginso tree....you use bash to redirect projectiles to break the walls.

He's not in Ginso Tree, he's in Moon Grotto.

To break walls 4 possibilities:
- Use your stomp or charge skills
- Bring or throw a green exploding slug enemy at it
- Reflect enemy projectiles into it using Dash
- Push a rock from above to make it fall on it

You don't have much abilities yet so either make a rock fall, or maybe those walls you see are just secrets for later.
In Moon Grotto you get Double Jump. If you see places you can't get it's probably for just after that.

To break ceiling walls : hold LT to charge, then jump
To break horizontal walls : grab onto the opposite wall, press the direction you want to charge into, then jump

Try with the keyboard. It's Shift to grab onto walls I think.

Walls in that section are either broken by the charge up attack I can't remember the name of (hold down x or whatever the attack button is on a keyboard (left mouse?) with at at least one blue energy sphere) or with letting the enemies attack it.

Are you stuck in the room where the pac-man dude escapes through a door in the lower left section of the screen and you start from the upper right and have to cross some widish pillars with stuff on top of them? If so you have to break the objects with the white cracks using the purple tentacles' projectiles. You sort of have to work your way across the room breaking each white-cracked object since there is another tentacle under each one. Once you get the last one exposed that tentacle can shoot the door that the dude went through.

Hope this helps. If not, post a screenshot of where you need to go and it will make things much easier.

Yeah, there's multiple ways - depending on how far you've progressed.

It's honestly a matter of trial and error. Look around, and see what's available. You may need to trick a bad guy into smashing into a wall, or use your 'bash' to force their attacks into the wall to destroy it. Alternatively, you might need to slam, or power-jump to destroy it.

Either way - good luck! This is a tricky title, with a VERY unyielding final fight. Hope you make it through, and enjoy the ride!!!

Playing on X1 myself but the charge jump with LT does not seem to do anything in the air, on a wall, standing still or anything. What gives?
