[Problem] ori.exe keeps crashing
I had this problem when I first bought this game, I get to a spot in the game and it would just crash. I got a new graphics card, and game ran great after. A week later after update I start crashing again, though in a different part of the game. Im @ the part of the game after escaping from the water tree. I swim into an underwater cave and break a rock that releases a body of water. right when i break the water the game crashes. anyone have any idea how to fix this? Im alrdy running the game as admin

Hey,
Does the game make a crash log, when it crashes? Having that would help to figure out what's going on. You can find it in the Ori installation folder (usually in Steam/SteamApps/common/). It'll show up as a folder, with a name like this: "2015-10-14_162752". If you could provide the crash log here or on our support mail - feedback@moongamestudios.com - I can help you further.

If there's no crash log, the log file would do as well. You can find this in the ori installation folder, at ori_data/output_log.txt. Make sure to take the log file right after the crash.

yes i found 2 folders with names like that. theres 4 items inside labeled crash.dmp, error, output_log, and report

Do you need the whole folder, or only 1 of these items?

Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache? My game was crashing at start up recently until i did that. Now its fine
