Is there any consequence if I romance multiple people in one playthrough? Discord channel?

Pretty much no consequences, the boys will comment on it if you have progress far enough in one relation and bond with another. For example, Arshem and Quill will both comment on not wanting to get Thane/Lyall having the wrong idea if you have reached their third date and above route. Thane will rarely get jealous but will comment on it if you have bonded with someone prior to curing him
