Banned in multiplayer!!!

Today when I was trying to log into the game I saw the message, “Player banned until . Reason .”
Neither the reason nor the term of the ban is not specified. What is this and why, can anyone advise?
I did not violate the rules.

You both got banned for teamkilling/friendly fire as well, but the bans have already expired, so I’m moving this thread to resolved. Cheers!

Hey! Could you both share your Bannerlord IDs with us so we can take a closer look? You can find your Bannerlord ID under your profile in the lobby. It’s a unique number code. Thanks!

Hello, I have the same situation. I can not join the lobby because of ban. How can I get my ID? Also, there is no information about reason and time.

Hey! Looks like you got banned for teamkilling/friendly fire. The ban will be lifted by the end of today, so you’ll be good to go then.
