Hero is not found

So I'm messing with console commands and found this very annoying. When you're messing with your main character, everything seems fine. But when you want to mess with NPCs, the console becomes a total pain in the arse to work with. I've tried every single format of the characters and none of it will work.
For example, I've had my brother married Arwa from the Banu Sarran of aserai. I want her to have some more room to grow so I wanted to add some attribute point to her. Thus I tried
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwa | 10
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwa_of_the_fen_cannonic | 10 (it's my clan name)
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwaofthefencannonic | 10
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwa of the fen cannonic | 10
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwa_fen_cannonic | 10
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwa fen cannonic | 10
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwafencannonic | 10
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwa_of_fen_cannonic | 10
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arwa_of_the_fen_cannonic | 10
I even tried other heroes like
campaign. add_attribute_points_to_hero arzagos | 10 (a hero without surname or clan)
All of the above shows "Hero is not found". I've been frustrated by this so I tried another command
campaign. print_hero_traits arwa

...and it worked.

Then WHAT DO YOU MEAN "Hero is not found"?????????????
The console clearly can recognize the hero name otherwise it's not possible the latter command would work, so why the prier isn't???

This command is bugged in the version 1.2.9 as I reported previously here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/261550/discussions/17/4361242944242189772/ The workaround I discovered looking at the code allowed you to add 1 attribute point.
