Have you used cheats and if so which: No
Scene Name (if related): Startup
Media (Screenshots & Video): None
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 11

GPU: Intel iRis xe
GPU Driver Version:
CPU: Intel i7
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: ASUS X3500PA
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): SSD? I think? its a new laptop
(I think? I'm no good at computers, though I have an ASUS Vivobook if that is any help)

Have tried to delete PC folder and validate files/re-download files; and also fully uninstall and re-download the game. Neither method has worked. Please, is there anything stupid I am missing?

Can you try deleting the "steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Sounds" folder and verifying your game files? If this doesn't fix the problem, please refer to this article and update me if it helps or not:
