another banner bug? please help

ok ok, so in my newest game, i thought it would be fun to make several new factions....

simply by:

joining a random faction,
wait till i get any sort of castle or town,
then leave the kingdom,
keep my fiefs,
get one random clan to join me,
give that clan the lead of the kingdom,
and finaly, leave the kingdom.
i now have created a new fully AI kingdom.

now to the bug. everything works like a charm, i now have 3 more AI factions on the globe. one of them even became pretty strong quiet fast.......... anyways. the problem is, ALL these "new" factions i created have my banner color and sigil. when i change it to something else, they also change it to the exact same combination. which is REALLY odd and kinda ruins the fun. again, all 3 new factions have my current banner. so they all look the same on the map, which makes it really confusing.

so is there any way to change the colors for good?

PS, yeah i tryd "Banner Color Persistence" which doesnt solve the problem at all. sure, i can change my banner to wonderful colors and such, but the problem is the same, because all the "new" factions i created still keep switching to my color.
is there maybe a way to find these new factions somewhere in the data of m&b 2 and "force" them to have a specific color?

oh btw, i was hoping that a clean reinstall would maybe fix the problem, but nah, still the same issue.

yeah i know, banner colors were always bugged i have 1000+ hours, dont need to tell me that. i know the game pretty much in and out, but this banner bug on creating new Ai kingdoms is indeed new to me, and i couldnt find anything via google.

oh, and i ALWAYS play on the newest beta.

Do you have any mods installed? Can you upload your save file to upload.taleworlds.com? Please include this thread's link in the description as instructed in the below article so I can identify it.

no mods at all, i hate playing with mods. i just testet the "Banner Color Persistence" to check if it does make a differens. but tuned it off after it did nothing. i will upload it, gimme a sec.
