Never used a mod/cheat nor fiddled with game files.


I was fiddling around with workshops and I noticed this one has an output called "garment". I have never seen and item in the trade menu by that name. Additionally this wool workshop shows "Halted" with current capital in red.

There is wool in the warehouse, it is set to use from warehouse. There is no wool on market nor any item named garment.

It's just clothing I think. Like how smiths produce weapons and armour. Not sure how profits are calculated from it though.

May be. I was thinking it was broke due to no actual item being named "garment". shrugs

The output being called "garment" is intended. Forwarding the other issue to the QA team for further investigation. Thanks for reporting.

Just letting people who stumble across this thread know that this is still bugged.

Since "Garments" are not a market item, your wool weavers will never make a profit as they have nothing to sell to traders.

I have had the wool workshop before, during the last beta and it did make me money (I think, memory is fuzzy), but only after I shut down several other weaveries around the map, though I have no idea what item it was producing to make money for me. I even did tests where I bought ALL the clothes on the market just to see and it was producing new clothing items that appeared in the town market every day.
