Crashing when starting a new campaign

i keep trying to start a new campaign and every time i try to start it it crashes
this is the latest crash report:

ive already followed the crash checklist and it did not fix the issue

For clarity. You currently have none installed. Roger. Have you had any in the past?

If you ever installed a mod no matter if you think it is no longer there.

I had mods but deleted them and had a clean install after to try and fix the issue but that did not fix the issue

Crashes on new game

i cant start a new game without the game immediately crashing as soon as i click on that option, this issue has been happening for a few months and ive redownloaded the game two or three times with no avail and i dont have any mods installed
