Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

UI and Battle visual bugs (video)
Hello, I have a problem that has driving me insane for such a long time, I just cant stand it anymore. Anyway here are both issues, Ive removed the audio so it wont blow your ears out or anything:

UI visual bug: https://imgur.com/a/BlvfYLt
This happens no matter what faction I am. No matter if I own my own kingdom, if Im a vassal, if Im a mercenary, if I dont own any settlements and so on. It seems to only happen when zooming in/out, and/or panning around. It is very, very distracting. Might have something do with "pinning" settlements?

Battle visual bug: https://imgur.com/a/s0PwYUh
This happens on almost all battles, more so on bigger battles (and maybe certain faction units where theres more variety in the troops?) This is recorded with Battanians (me) vs Northern Empire, but Ive seen it happen with other factions as well. Its from the campaign so not a custom battle, sandbox, multiplayer or anything like that. If you pause the frame where this happens, it looks like a texture/mesh/model glitching out, however you can see there are instances (like the start) where it's just a black flash which happens just as often as the "texture" one.

I am playing with mods, but this happens both with/without mods,
My hardware (this happens both without any overclocking or undervolting):
i7 4790k OC 4,6ghz
RTX 2060 OC & Undervolted
Crucial MX500 1TB
Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR3 2133mhz
Asus Maximus VII Ranger

I'm on 1.6.0 Beta version, however this happened on 1.5.9 stable as well. Have not yet tried 1.5.10 though.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer technical support for modded games and I cannot forward this to the developers without first making sure that mods aren't causing the problems. Please read our full statement regarding modding related issues.

Can you try removing all of your mods by performing a clean install following the instructions on the below article and try to recreate this on an unmodded new campaign?

As save files remain altered and some leftover mod files remain even after deleting the mods, a clean install and creating a new campaign is necessary to see if the problem is isolated to the modded game or if it's a problem from our end.
Alternatively, I can move this thread to the General Discussions board where the community might help with which mod is or isn't compatible with the game's current version, or you can contact the mod developers.

Forwarding this issue to the QA team for further investigation. Thanks for reporting.

Can you check if you have the same problems on e1.6.1 beta branch?
I'll update you when there are any developments.
Can you try performing a clean install again and try to recreate this on an unmodded new campaign created on e1.6.2?

Seems that those UI are kept loaded on the scene, wonder what is activating them in such a way to cause this strange glitch. Also noticed that the Siege UI doesn't disappear until I reload the game. I am also using UI Mods, really can't gig Native for this as-well. If it was a clean game with no Mods then cool.

Ive had this happen both with and without mods, fresh install, previous install, older campaign, new campaign (same as the graphical bug Im experiencing). Ive tried every fix short of reinstalling Windows - which I feel like I might have actually done at some point during all of this to try and fix it.

However previously I could recreate this UI thing by just tagging a few settlements, and zooming in and out. Now it seems to only happen later in the game, or maybe I didnt tag enough settlements at the start of the game - but like you said Im not sure what triggers it. Sometimes its the settlements that are pinned that does that - other times its the portrait of my character that pops up and around.
Can you upload your save file to upload.taleworlds.com? Please include your current thread's link in the description as instructed in the below article so I can identify it.
