there are 2 different fps style M&B games you can buy on steam.
both are mediocre at best compared to bannerlord.

in making is kingmaker, but i dont think they will deliver.
After Mouth&Brain: Banterlord they could make Muzzle&Breech: Bulletlord. :steammocking:

Mount&Blade FTW :fighting:

:steamthis: he want a game like this

https://store.steampowered.com/app/773951/Freeman_Guerrilla_Warfare/

you dont play a medieval setting, you play a modern warfare setting.
everything else is like M&B

edit:
but again, nobody can deliver the quality like TW.
maybe some other games like X 4 or the "total war" games from CA

Yes, that kind of game. But the Freeman dev abandoned the game

If it was successful, it will become like Modern M&B. Hope that the Dev can pick it up

we all have dreams never come true ...

most want a mix of paradox crusader kings 3 + TW M&B Bannerlord.
(i think everybody could get this mix in total war games from CA)

but the true is, this mix is not better then pure and clear CK 3 or Bannerlord or whatever.

Really? Is this similar to it? Like you can have your own army and settlement ( Planet or Space Station)

thats the second game i (didnt) mentioned in my first post.

the problem is:
freeman had much higher player rewiews (85% positive) short before full release.
and now them have something like 60%

total conflict will get the same hate after full release.

i think space bourne 2 is a better pick. (but its both early access atm)

Last time I tried space bourne 2 (2 years ago) it was in extremely janky state which is more like pre-alpha. I doubt that even after 2 years it is in an enjoyable state.

Total Conflict: Resistance was absolutely playable and somewhat enjoyable last time I played (also 2 years ago) and looking at updates they added destructability system with various AI adjustments since then. Between the two I would advice AGAINST space bourne 2 and would be fairly sure to recommend Total Conflict: Resistance.

The problem with freeman is that they removed content without replacement (like armored cars) and then did the release and called it a day. Total Conflict: Resistance already had various vehicles (including planes) 2 years ago and they only added more since then.
