It does still be a way for the player to make massive amounts of easy money, yes. Fortunately you are not required to use it if you do not want to.

considering almost anything you do result in same.... i dont see how it is a problem? Just dont use it. DOnt sell loot, dont trade... and you wont be filthy rich. Simple as that.

I've just opted not to use it. Well... I have a companion using it. Not really focusing on it though. I thought it would be nice to have a smith in order to complete smithing quests should they pop up. It's a nice bit of side coin early on. And it doesn't completely ruin the economy xD

IMO Smithing is perfectly fine as it is. If you feel it breaks your game, don't use it and rely on normal looting and buying gear from shops.

I would love to see Armorsmithing implemented as well.

And bowyers, too. I'd like to make my own longbow.

Give the battle fanbois more things to ♥♥♥♥♥ about.

Eh. At least smithing requires a lot of grinding to get to T5 weapons compared to some of the cheesier ways to make easy money. Considering I need to buy up the entire inventory of several villages just to meet my demand for charcoal and losing several in-game months of labor it had better be profitable.

you can just sit in a city near hardwood villages and with low-level smithy (or high level, for that matter) and recycle both hardwood and cheap weaponry for hardwood. Youdont really need to roam around and buy stuff.

For armor smithing and bow/crossbow/arrow/bolt fletching use "BannerCraft mod".

Thanks, but I'll pass. I want my content to be done by big boy developers rather than some high school kid who will abandon it once he discovers girls.
