Did you even read what I wrote?
Some mods only work with a new game. I haven't used any mods related to achievements, so I don't know if this is one of them. I would recommend checking the comments/posts on the mod to see if anyone else has this issue, or if the mod author specified a new game is required for it to work. Or just ask the mod author and see what their response is.
yes, I did. Your save file is marked as "cheats enabled" even if you disabled them later. There is no way back in vanilla.
Mod "enable achievements" works in a new game, mid game, when using mods, console. I just recently got King Slayer in a game modded up to a wazoo.
lol the confidence. Even after they called you out for not reading it, you are still pretending that you did.
They said that they tried that exact mod and it didn't work. They even talked about how they tried different versions.
just wow. amazing. 10/10 jestering.
I appreciate the jester. But, them trying it doesn't mean they actually did it right. Mods need to be installed properly.
Short of editing the save file, that was the only option.
