Wadar Hotblood
Hi everyone

I would like to know the best speed horse. Is that Wadar Hotblood? Where can I get it now? It's not available in tournament. Could you please help and share your experience with Wadar Hotblood? Thanks.

only if you win arena / tournament.

there are other good horses like "Cossian". if you have big luck you can get it with merriage a vlandian noble (or arena).

and you can buy a good / fast noble horse from aserai.

As far as I know it's just random at Tournys.

Thanks, guys.

It sounds like Wadar Hotblood is only available in tournament. Is that the best speed horse?

I think the tier 6 horses are all tournament rewards. Tier 5 noble horses can sometimes be bought in cities that have villages with horses.

Thanks, Azunai.
I guess I have to farm the horse in tournament.

Best ways to have good horses and moreover free, is the scout perk that gives you 5% chance of finding a wild horse each day by wandering in steppes. It's especially fine if you're doing jobs or caravaning in the steppes which is the vast majority of the map.

You can get it at the tournaments as long as there are 3 or more lords of renowned fighting skill participating.

For the purpose of the tournament, renowned fighting skill means characters with one or two handed weapons skill of 100 or more. If you have some companions or family members with those skills high enough, they will count toward that number (sadly player character does not count).

Interestingly enough, when there are too many renowned lords, you may have harder time getting a horse, as there are so many other good rewards that may be offered instead. So try to look for the tournaments with 3-6 lords and you should get horses somewhat frequently.

Wadar Hot Blood is the fastest horse in the game, but don't overlook Asaligat. That horse is just tad slower, but is the most agile horse in the game. With some points in riding, your horse will be way faster than any other one, but being able to turn on a dime is very nice.

can get them after battles as loot, besides arenas. just level up and have patience. i prefer wadar for horse archery.

if you have 2-3 family member with high fighting skill you will ALWAYS win a tournament.
simple press "watch tournament" and then "skipp all fights" and dont fight yourself.

thats 2 clicks to get every price in arena 100%.
i always marry Siega and Corain for me and my brother. tournaments are a free win.

you dont use mods?
with "patience" you mean 50+ game-years to play?

i have never seen a tier 6 horse in loot

Speed is overrated, in my opinion. I'll take the extra charge damage of a royal destrier over a few units of speed any day.

Usually, when you get married to Aserai wife, she may come with 2 Wadar Hot Bloods. Also children of Aserai culture, will enter adulthood with 2 of them. I would say most of Aserai lords ride them.

I suppose if you have battlefield character death enabled and a perk to recover horses from dead cavalry, you may recover Wadar Hot Bloods after a battle where such character dies (in your or opposing party).

You should be able to buy them in Wadar or Askar.

It should still be in tournaments when many nobles are in town for it. As your riding skill gets higher it's speed matters less and you might want a horse with more hp and charge damage instead as your own skill makes the horse faster. High charge damage with perks and you can be knocking soldiers out in a downhill charge.

With a charge from the flank you could move down a line of archers like hot knife through butter. High charge damage, and well armored horse can do a whole lot of damage.
