That's the mods' fault, not the game's fault.
I have no mods, and I have no crashes. (I think there is a connection.)
Some mods you gotta revert version for
make sure your downloading mods for the correct build and that are compatible with each other. you can also get total conversion mods that have a load order to us to make sure they work otherwise its all trial and error getting individual mods to work together. nexus mods is a good place for more selection of mods compared to steam but again ts all about the load order
their s a ton of mods to choose from and a few really good total conversion mods such as GOT ROME and a few others ranging from magic and guns so yea got plenty of mod options for this game. Steam wont have them all check out nexus for more mods
Edit: sorry for my bad English
My favorite part is how you said 1.3 will probably come out around the end of the year while having absolutely no clue just talking out your ass
@OP, the game is good. Most people whining on the forums have hundreds of hours if not over 1000. I probably wouldn't get it on console but on PC it's worth it because mods are good you just gotta take some time finding the right ones and getting the order down.
I'm not sure if full price is worth it tbh, I think the dev really dropped the ball on a few things and it's not worth the full price, but if you can get it on 25% off it's 100% worth it.
If You like something like roleplay, creating a story, strategy, that Your actions have impact and whatnot: rather not. Except You already have all those games which do this better.
- Caravan speed is too fast you can't never catch them.
- Raiding caravan mean starting war, They will cause a big hole to what to do, the only thing you can do before fight with lord is hunting sea raider until get 100 of party size very long long game play and very bored.
- Limit garrison on castle or town, They will bring 2000 of army to take it back while you can hold only 300+- to fight with 2000 this very bad and it almost impossible without doing some glitch or secret trick you can't win them by normal play.
Overall, this game is a hack and slash. I compare it to the Warriors (Dynasty/Samurai/etc.) style of games. It's got more depth in combat, and it's much more dangerous - health is a valuable resource - but it's not an RTS style game. Also like Warriors games, the combat is the bread and butter of what you will do. The other systems work well enough to function in the game, but they don't have any depth.
The game doesn't hold your hand or explain things very well (as the poster I quoted is learning). You're going to have issues when you first play because you don't know what to do, and the game isn't going to tell you.
Bannerlord is my game I play when I don't have another game to play. It's a fun way to pass the time.
