Help! Game crashes every time I press F1+F3

I have deleted all of my mods and I have also tried safe mode I have also restarted the computer and validated/verified the files and it still crashes

Deleting mods is not enough. Unsub from them and turn off cloud saves.

didn't work, it just started crashing when I tried to load any save and I also tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and it still did nothing and of course I also re-verified the files after turning off cloud saves and unsubbing

Using a old save will probably not be possible, that is the point of deleting all that stuff and reinstalling When you use mods (modifications) or fiddle with your files those changes are included in any save games you have. Does not matter if you delete/remove etc the mods, the changes they made are still saved, into the save files.

Start a new game after doing a clean install. Mods screwed your game up, this is the way to fix it.
