heh yeah, I've gone behind enemies lines and see their entire archer line swing around and start shooting me. IT HURTS! Stupid question maybe....but does your speed and direction make it easier/more difficult for AI archers to hit you? Maybe it's cause there are 50 dudes shooting at me, but they feel incredibly accurate no matter my speed or direction
outside the horse archers mobility while shooting and circling you can be more focused by having them move to a position and firing they can move fast and tactically retreat fast but using them that way when conducive is a lot like using normal archers but being able to get into position fast and out when needed.
Playing last night, i just started a war with the Khuziats (sp?)....well technically they declared war on me.
Anyway, my two castles and town (Tyal) are now the front lines for war....so run over there and get into some fights. Those horse archers are a pain in the #&$. Battles take a long time....what's weird is, they don't really hurt, they're just annoying. So now gotten to a point where a wipe out their foot troops as fast as I can then have my army "charge" to run down the horse archers. My character is getting a lot of kills too heh....but need to figure out better tactics here!!
