What kind of Notable Relations?
Loyalty in cities began to decline due to "Notable Relations." So that's where it came from and how to remove it?
Notable Relations*

What clans are those notables supporting? I think if you hover your mouse over the notable, it should show you what clan they support.
They support the clan of the empire, which has been without the empire for a long time. Some kind of serapides! At the same time, support appeared at the moment when the empire fell. Up to this point, they didn't care. Now the question is to do what?
I think that clan starts as part of the Northern Empire - I'm guessing that faction has been eliminated? The notables may still be supporting that clan. Factionless clans may also be at war with you. These clans won't show up in the Diplomacy window. You can see them in the in game encyclopedia. Check your Clan/Faction page there to see all the various clans you're at war with.

In my games, I gained notable support by raising relations with them. Doing quests is the quick way. Maintaining high loyalty and security can also improve relations over time I think.

Or find a member of the Serapides clan and make peace. If you've been at war with them for a long time, the cost should be pretty low. There's not much stopping them from declaring war again at a later time.

If the clan has died out, then paying for peace probably isn't an option.

Are you hanging with the unsavory elements?

That's not the joke. And right now I went down and cleaned the alleys, so nothing changes.
Notable aquaintances? No idea what you mean by that. Mods? If villages connected to a fief have requests or needs, it will lower loyalty. If you have bad kingdom policies, or wrong culture that will lower loyalty.

The mod costs 1 for fire arrows. It has no effect whatsoever. He just writes in the city - loyalty because Notable acquaintances
"Notable" in the game usually refers to a named NPC - like the faces you see in the top right when you enter a fief/village. What is your relation with those people?

Two of them kind of representative of the criminal elements in the towns, so.. If you supply them with weapons, men and such that would work against you in other ways.

So the cause of your problem is a mod. Well then you need to do a clean re-install to fix it.

The problem is that everything was normal, but after the destruction of the kingdom (the second one), these Notable acquaintances. The reason is not in relations with local important people, they are all at 0 or about 5-10 there.

And now that I'm not selling in the city? I just trade everything for 50-100k, not personally to someone, but to everyone it turns out.

The problem is not fashion. He adds fire to the arrows at night. AND THAT'S IT! The mod has been in place for a year since the beginning of the game, and the line with these acquaintances has only come out now.
How about a picture of your Manage Town screen with the curser hovering over Loyalty so we can see what you are talking about?

Like this, but hovering over Loyalty instead of food --

And it wouldn't hurt to have one hovering over Security since those go hand in hand.

How do I attach a screenshot? Well, I translated it from Russian into English, and it's written a little differently. -Notable Relations.

I found how to take a screenshot. There's the penultimate line THAT's WHAT IT IS
I found something on 'Notable Relations' --

Originally posted by "mountandblade.fandom.com":
Notable Relations: +0.5 for every town notable who is a Supporter of fief owner's clan. -0.5 for every notable who is a Supporter of a clan that fief owner is at war with.

Looks like it's a real thing and not mod induced.
