Mods that don't cause the game to crash?
I've been trying to get back into Bannerlord after a couple years, my original save and modlist kept crashing (fine, it's old).
Been trying out more recent mod collections, but all of them cause the client to crash out.

Tried starting vanilla, but couldn't help but see all the missing features and depth I'd gotten used to.

What stable mods are folks running these days?

There's plenty out there. Many mods work across multiple updates.

What game version are you running? If you haven't already, lock your game version. Don't play the current/live version. This way game updates won't affect you, your mods, or your saves.

Don't use the Steam Workshop. Steam only allows one mod version, so if it gets updated/removed, you're SoL. If you must use Steam, manually move the mod folders to your Bannerlord folder and unsubscribe from the mod. This will keep the files on your computer, so it doesn't matter if something happens to the mod on Steam.

What features/depth are you looking for?

Burning empires is a great Roman mod that doesn’t crash as much as Eagle Rising. Vlandian steel (troop and armor overhaul) mod works good for me too. The 300 Sparta mod is great and doesn’t ever crash, it adds spartan troops and armor.

Realm of Thrones doesn't crash for me.
Hideouts + works.
