MMO it or someone else will do it officially
The Bannerlord online mod has proven that this game can very easily be made into an MMO. It's time for the Devs make an MMO expansion for Bannerlord.

Whilst the main game community is decent in strength, it could be much much better with an official MMO.

Either make it now, or someone else will beat TaleWorlds to it.

Ain't there already a mod for that
most players play bannerlord for the single player experience, just focus on polishing war sails pls taleworlds
Yes, I can already imagine it!

Waiting for a looterparty to spawn, immidiately attacking along with the other 20 or so warparties in the area.

It is going to be something...for sure

im hunting a troll... he must be very close... someone see him ?
no thanks, this is a singleplayer series and the map gameplay is not made for that, just look how different bannerlrod online is, thats not mount & blade, thats something else entirely

Don't think OP know how many players really needed to make a mmo viable and successful. They also would require a monetizing model for the players to keep spend on it.
The MMO genre is as dead as RTS now and it isn't making a recovery anytime soon.

Let someone else do it then.

I'd like to see someone else do it "officially".

All you need is a couple hundred million in investment. Easy Peasy, mate!
And then all the mugs will turn on you for not getting it "right".

You said it best yourself, someone else has already beaten TaleWorlds to it. You even mentioned the mod.

MMOs released nowadays burn out before they ever really take off.

The most popular ones today are the same ones who were most popular 10 years ago, 20 years ago even. It's an unbreachable market with little to no innovation since the mid 2000s.

Add to the fact they need steady monetization to be sustainable, but this fanbase cries tears of blood over the mere mention of a DLC they don't even need to buy.

So nah. This is perfectly handled by the modding community.

There is couple MMO medieval game game out there, MMO and Single Player game design isn't same force. Too many try mix MMO and single player and I find it's ruin single player experience because of MMO.

And what would you call your Bannerlord MMO? The Elder Lucon? Calradia: Online? Ooo how about Age of Derthert?! Hm, maybe not. Yeah let's keep it mostly singleplayer. :mhwgood:
