Is there a way to equip the best equipament to party members?
I have items in the inventory and it is not good to check each character that i have if the item is better than what they already have

is there a way to automate this?

for example: The helmet i found is clearly better than what my third party member is using, is there a quick way to equip to him/her?

There are mods where this is possible. As far as I know, nothing in the vanilla game.

I don't use the mod, so I'm not sure how good it is. Seems like it works up to at least in November 2024 based on the comments. You'll have to test it yourself to see if it works. The nexus may have other mods that do this as well.
