Destroying a faction with Vlandia

I joined vlandia as a regular mercenary or just clan, it was all fun but after a little bit i got crowned king of Vlandia. I am now trying my hardest to destroy the southern Empire and cannot for the LIFE of me actually destroy that faction. I need serious guidance on this please

to destroy a faction you have to take all fiefs from this faction. southern empire is on the other side of the world map. nobody would try to do this, when playing vlandia.

so you have destroyed all other factions and only south empire and khuzait is is left ?
