Formed a kingdom and how to get a crown???

I own two towns and handful of castles, also playing in sandbox. How or where do i find a crown for my character?

But where? I've been looking on dozen places and i see 50-70k 50-52k armor but no crowns.....

You can get "crowned helments" but as Sangrail types, no actual crowns.

Cheat mod, there are actual crowns in the equipment list, but never truly appear in game.

Activate debug mode, open inventory, then on the left side of the screen (where you usually loot items, recruit troops, imprison enemies etc from) all items in the game should pop up. There's a few cultural crowns added to the game over the last few patches. these are the ones that are or look like actual crowns. Not battle helmets/crowns with some crown-like decoration on them or nothing at all:

Austere Crown: Vlandian Culture // Head Armour: 4 ("real" crown)

Imperial Jeweled Band: Imperial West Culture // Head Armour: 6 ("real" crown shows up after next one when searching by name)

Imperial Jeweled Band: Imperial Core/General, south I guess Culture // Head Armour: 7 ("real" crown, shows up first)

Golden Laurel Crown: Imperial North Culture // Head Armour: 5 ("real" crown)

Jeweled Crown: Imperial Core/General Culture // Head Armour: 34 (an older crown that looks like an ornate/regal battle crown or something you would see an old Byzantine Emperor wearing on a painting).

Ornate Steel Cap: Khuzait Culture // Head Armour: 22 (blue ornate silk looking cap with a golden bird on top).

Two Pronged Bronze Crown: Battanian Culture // Head Armour: 40 (I didn't know this one existed and a bit of an exception. It's an ornate helmet with two horns. The reason I stuck it in is because I believe this is similar to the helm/crown of the Gaul leader that went up against Julius Caesar).

Highland Ceremonial Crown: Battanian Culture // Head Armour: 8 (Your European/Celtic "real" :p crown)

Luxury Turban Over Helmet: Aserai Culture // Head Armour: 42 (red/white turban)

Luxury Turban Over Helmet: Aserai Culture // Head Armour: 44 (Another exception.
Battlecrown that matches golden armor of Aserai perfectly)

Jeweled Fur Rimmed Helmet: Sturgia Culture // Head Armour 41 (Russian like ornate furred crown)

You don't need to cheat for those items, at least for the most of them. At least Luxury Turban Over Helmet, Ornate Steel Cap, and I'm fairly sure many others too, will appear in the game normally, at least on version 1.8.
