Any mod that levels combat skills for companions?

I am at eternal war and in no mood to do hideouts or looters, my 2 siblings have been leaders of their own parties for ages now and their combat skills never go up, they do see a lot of fighting but only raise stuff like Steward and Scouting.

arenas and I believe you can talk to your party leaders/governors and tell them to focus on other skills? not 100% certain about what this does but... worth a try? otherwise, there are mods which can be used to either speed up or help companion leveling. either check the workshop or other mod related websites and pick what works best for you.

They raise skills that is needed to be a good leader of a party. Personal combat skills doesn't affect the effectivity of the party. If you want to up their combat skills you need to have them kill stuff... If all you want to cheat, there is mods that can max out their skills and what not without any effort what so ever.
