How to tweak XP gain

in the other mount and blade games there was a file you could use to tweak the amount of xp you and your companions would gain from fights. Is there a way to do that in this game with or without mods?

BannerlordCheats lets you add modifiers to xp gain.

I've seen people mention Adjustable Leveling, but I'm not sure if that lets you modify experience gains.

Ive used one of the few adjustable leveling mods and found it to be quite satisfying, I think at least one of them is outdated and doesnt work with the game, check the comments before using. I found them on nexus.
