The ones that placed under;

Gold symbol: Merchant party inside
Fork symbol: Villager party inside
Banner: A noble of the clan has that banner is inside

Np. it happenz. by the way do you also encounter a bug happens with these exclamation marks? Like after saving your brother, marks appear everywhere all the time. And also a golden mark on your bros head that doesnt go away?

Means they can see your party, you're noticed, kind of important for disguise missions and ''a town full of enemy nobles are about to jump on you'' alarm.

I learned you can actually reserve siege weapons by right clicking on their boxes, two months after the release. The game doesnt have a manual, that normal for us to figure out new things much later.

Actually I dont know if you remember that but people didnt know you could donate villagers and militia to villages. I figured that out couple months ago and by doing this I made villages immune to bandits and raids.

I might even be guilty of that feature getting tweaked :D

Yep, I have the same bug. As soon, as I free the brother the exclamation mark is in every citiy. Even a save & reload doesn't help.
