CPU ingame benchmark results

I've got myself a new 7600 x3d and at first installed it on the old OS. I'm pretty sure that my avg CPU score was in hundreds which seemed fair enough. (1440 max settings no dlss no mods).
I recently reinstalled Windows while adding another SSD drive (the game is still on the old one) but now my CPU FPS are at 75. Not only that, but the red CPU line on the chart is almost ideally straight as if it's "locked", but my GPU results are 100+.
What gives? Also post your CPU benchmark results if you know them
