if a outdated mod works or causes problems heavily depends on the mod and the patch, its not always the same.
Seems 1.7.2 or 8, some people get problems with Harmony and dependencies for some mods ....
Ty for your help either way boys
Just forget about mods till they are close to the finish line, mod makers are often lazy with updating and some make the mod for stable and some for beta, just save yourself the headache, it is not worth it.
I have about 20 hours now in the 1.8 beta, no crash or anything. It is rock solid for me without any mods.
You rly can not compalin about the devs updating their EA game...
Take this one, pick and choose, there is good version for every mod. After 3 years in game, no crash.
I add captivity events, life in Caraldia, Caraldia at war, and some like Dismemberment, blood mod, Ultimate mount forged and some mods from these autor.
1.7.1 is for me the most stable with mods.
Dont know why but 1.7.2 and even worst 1.7.8 after some time crash appears ...
havent' played the game in a while
