Managing a fief really isn't that hard. You can keep loyalty up without cheating.
Yes, you are doing it wrong. Managing Loyalty is easy. You just have to take care of your people. You can't just conquer a town or castle and then go tear-assing off to conquer more ♥♥♥♥.

I just play with cheats for the mass battle experience so i wanted to get a fief to get a kingdom, ill try to to it without cheats though
Need that first fief? Find a town that's in rebellion or a castle with a depleted garrison. A castle can be a good start because they don't rebel.
