M&B Lord of the Rings

Introduction:

The project consists of the creation of a Lord
of the Rings-themed MOD for the videogame Mount & Blade II
Bannerlord. This mod seeks to immerse players in the iconic
world of Middle-earth, allowing them to fight and conquer in
settings inspired by the work of J.R.R Tolkien.

The team behind the project is made up of a group of fans of
the Lord of the Rings theme, with a strong dedication to
capturing the essence of this universe. Many of the team
members have extensive technical experience in mod
development, experience in PE and PB ( mods of M&B II ) and
have various key knowledge to carry out this ambitious project.
We work constantly and committedly, always seeking
excellence in every aspect of development.

Playable Factions:

Our mod will feature 6 playable
factions that will represent the forces of good and evil in
Middle-earth:

Elves: Elven warriors with exceptional skills in combat
and archery.

Gondor: The defender of the west, known for their military
discipline and loyalty.

Rohirrim: The brave horsemen of the Kingdom of Rohan.

Orcs: Brutal and ruthless hordes that wreak havoc.

Uruk-hai: Elite soldiers created by Saruman for war.

Haradrim: Warriors of the south, masters in the use of
oliphants and ambushes.

This mod seeks to be one the the most ambitious ever
created for Bannerlord, capturing the essence and spirit of the
original work.

Collaboration and Needs:

To bring this project to its full
potential, we are looking for 3D design specialists who are
passionate about the world of the Lord of the Rings and
interested in the project; And want to collaborate with us in
creating models of characters, weapons, armors, epic settings,
etc.

Key requirements:
Experience in 3D modeling and texturing.
Knowledge of tools such as Blender, Maya or similar.
Ability to work as a team and contribute creativity to the
project.

We target profiles that demonstrate seriousness and
dedication to the project and to the team, this is a serious
and mature project, therefore, we look for profiles that
adapt to the situation.

nature. The real value is in
being part of an exciting and highly visible project within the
Mount & Blade and The Lord of the Rings community.
Additionally, collaborators will have visibility in the mod’s
credits and will be able to use the project as part of their
professional portfolio.

I guess for games and conversion mods, it would fall under the "fan fiction" section. In such cases it probably would be better to ask for permission rather than forgiveness if something bad happen.

Embracer Group paid 395 million USD for the rights to make LOTR and Hobbit games. So they might get an evil eye as well.

Just because TaleWorld seems to give modders free reign to do as they please with the game, even create some bastardised online mmo of it, doesn't mean IP holders of various fandoms do the same.

the 1st Mount n Blade had an AWESOME LOTR MoD. Have you tried to contact the maker of that one? it was super in depth and very fun MoD

I have to ask ... Why are Uruk-hai and Orcs two separate factions and not different troop trees for the same faction? Seems more logical to use Uruk-hai as the noble troop for the Mordor faction does it not ?

Either way seems pretty cool.

Will there be Wizards ?
