I'm very partial to my Faris. Heavily armored javelin throwing cavalry that can take cataphracts toe to toe
spears unless your on horseback or throwing them are useless in this game the axemen are better. also...
... YOU DOUBT IT?!?!?!?!? bro im not theorizing im telling you. i have tested it about 10 times against each nation playing as the khuzaits AND playing as the other nation. (so not exactly 20 but somewhere around 20 times per nation fighting on both sides) their glaive doesnt care about shields and shields can only take so many arrows. i have tried literally everything that isnt an obvious defeat for the khans. now im not saying they are undefeatable because i bet on the right map and with the right troops and tactics it would be an easy win. all im saying is they are the best unit all around. Khans guards are literally archers, infantry(if dismounted aka a waste of cav), and cav. they're the literal definition of versatile
