Culharn Rottentooth is a notable member of my city and sports an intriguing -10 on his Power stat.

PLEASE, please tell me this is the village idiot and whatever he supports the others are automatically 10 Point less convinced of.
He structures his arguments so badly that listeners are automatically more convinced that his opposition has 10 points more weight.

Also:
What does Power mean? The stat, in what way is that useful for me to know how powerful my notables are? Other than making fun of fools like Culharn here.

Just something a little bit more useful than "Workshop level 1" variable

Higher power increases frequency of higher-level recruits and (still, I think) replenishment rate of empty recruitment slots.

So nuance, much design. Wow!
If they become a "supporter", they also will grant you some influence per day depending on their "power" rating. You can check this on your Clan page under the "Other" tab. I dont know what makes a notable a supporter though. I think its random chance every day if you have high relations with them.

-10 is not bad... yet. But if it falls low enough, I think there's a chance that notable be replaced with someone else eventually.

Can I help out in some way, to make it go lower? And not with the silly Gang Leaders, with the Traders. I have someone who still hates me and would love to see him replaced.
