If you want a powerful lategame character go all in on intelligence with some social and fill most the clan roles yourself.
That sadly also means that you will neglect your combat skills, which can make the game rather boring. I personally have the most fun playing a warrior king/queen. The lategame is already easy enough^^
gonna see if full team of javalin thrower would do anything
clan leader mhm i guess everything from scout steward healer tactic leader riding athletic, little bit of 1h and thrower
gonna hire 1 healer type 1h thrower companion with rider thrower and maybe a sturgian 2Hder
These should be you, you, companion, and you.
Your family members possess far better potential for developing skills, and make for ideal governors and party leaders, keeping them in surgeon position is a waste unless you wish for them to take your place as clan head so you can ditch surgeon position altogether lol.
So, the scout is one of companions - mostly there are some of them with 100-150 th skill in scouting.
By the way, is a battanian scout better then one of other faction? I mean does the racial battanian bonus work in case of companion scout?
