got companions with badly distributed focus points

The titel is almost implying that there are also companiosn with good distributed focus points ;)

You can reset perks in the arena, the rest is set in stone unless you use a mod like the character manager.

Do the kidnapped daughter quest. If you finish the quest before the next midday you are able to recruit the companion with all focus and attribute points undistributed. And if you save scum before accepting the quest you can get the companion type I.E. Willowbark, spicetrader that you want.

I thought the arena trainer only trains single skills, haven't found a reset so far, I read about it but so far I wasn't smart enough.

and I fired her, even though she had really nice skill, but well I took her into my crew for being a healer, rest was mostly battle skill, but then I needed someone to be an engineer after several hrs.

Because I got a 0 in engineering with everyone.

Then I got at least two places where I would like to have a governor and who also has to be a khuzait... so I went with a INT2 Stewardship1 warrior lol, who doesn't lvl in the fief.

Guess you need to use a gov. beforehand as a quartermaster.

SOooooo my main healer int 5 and healing focus 5, has also stewardship 2, and 5 useless focus points wasted, but as my main healer I never wanted to part with him for filling the gov. position, but then again he is french.

Do you ever level your main healer also as governor ?

I could have made him my engineer but he's already lvl 16 and could have made the "healer" I fired to my main healer with only 3 focus in healing, skill ~75... maybe I reload because I already miss her skill XD

But I really need an engineer, there are just not enough companions and my family is still growing. 3 Kids are maybe 1-3 years old, wife is also a warrior, far too many warriors in my clan

Kidnapped daughter quest is available in sandbox. The only things that aren't in sandbox are the main story. Kidnapped daughter is a random generic quest at villages.
