What to do after you take over the Northern Empire - nothing? Is the game finished?

I am playing "create kingdom".
Sided with the guy so I am against the Empire.
Created a kingdom and he called me Bannerlord but funny that
I can still see my banner in pieces In my inventory!!!

Anyway, I took over all of the Northern Empire and spoke to Lucon.
Northern army is there but we are not fighting and according to the diplomacy tab
Northan Empire is at peace and still alive and kicking but nothing. He still struts around like he is the king. Do I capture and kill Lucon? How can I destroy the Northern Empire?

There are no options to say he gives up or he will now be my vessel!!!!
Tried the "would like to discuss..." but he can only offer me horses not his fealty.
What can I do with it? Or hasn't the game just not finished to this point and just patching bugs?

What do I need to do to get him to give up or just forget about the game and move on to Skyrim.

Northern Empire will not go away. once long long ago, I saw Battania disappear. but Caladogs clan joined sturgia after all their fiefs were gone. That was so long ago, I dont even remember what patch. I've never seen it happen since.

But yep, sounds like you might be better moving on to skyrim. I wish you well. "For the NORDS!"
